Through advanced vacuum frying technology, we are able to reduce the fat content and preserve the nutrition of the mushrooms we cook. Thus, these mushroom crisps are both delicious and rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals including Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc.
